Chris S. Devairakkam is the Chief Operating Officer at Integral, based in Virginia, USA. He brings extensive leadership experience in the nonprofit sector, having held senior roles across India, Sri Lanka, Singapore, and the United States. His global career began in public accounting and has included pioneering initiatives such as audit automation, cost analysis for nonprofits, and the establishment of shared services and marketing programs. Chris has also led leadership development efforts and driven operational efficiency through technology.
Before joining Integral, Chris served as Chief Operating Officer for Asia Pacific at World Vision International. He currently serves on the boards of various nonprofit and other organizations.
Chris is a Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA from MK University in India. He is a Certified Internal Auditor (IIA, USA) and holds a certification in Digital Business Strategy from MIT Sloan School of Management. He is passionate about developing leaders and empowering teams to reach their full potential.
